Completely renewed customer portal My.HANSA-FLEX published

On 29.03.2021, the My.HANSA-FLEX customer portal that had existed until then was replaced by a new, much more powerful platform solution. Customers can expect a modern and intuitive design, an improved and expanded range of functions and, above all, a legally compliant inspection module for visual inspection in accordance with the Operational Safety Ordinance and DGUV. The hose management software, which is available within the My.HANSA-FLEX customer portal, has been given the name X-CODE Manager. In the future, it will also be possible to manage other hydraulic components via the software in addition to hose lines.

 

The new version was completely relaunched and developed over several months. During this phase, customer surveys and user tests were conducted at a very early stage to ensure that the new software meets the needs of our customers.

 

An important novelty is also the mobile app, which can work without internet and is available for Android and iOs. The range of functions is very similar to the web version and allows customers to work directly on their machines. X-CODEs that have a QR code printed on them can be scanned via the camera. This can minimize transmission errors due to manual transcription.
